We see that you are currently on Package 11, therefore you should not be seeing that message. If you are still having an issue, then the most likely scenario is that you are logging into your Sierra Chart software with the wrong Account Name. We see that you have a total of 3 accounts associated with the same email address. The only active account is the same one you logged into this support board with (the Account Name looks like the following - AC****20).
