Hi, You generously provided me with 30 days of Service Package 11 so that I could continue to trade using your charts after your deadline for needing to change my data feed provider, CQG. No problem. But my current charts show that I am still receiving data through CQG, although my understanding is that once I am provided with Service Package 11, which includes Danali data feed, (as well as Teton routing), I will not be receiving CQG data. Hence, my confusion. I would like to terminate my CQG with my broker (AMP) before AMP will charge me for a new month of CQG. Please inform me what to do and exactly how to transfer my data feed provider from CQG to Danali? Thank you, Avi May |
