Is there any notice of Delayed in the Chart Header? Or do you have an item that says DD: in the Chart Header and if so what does it state? Also, are you getting data flowing, just 1 hour behind, or is the data stop and start? If it is flowing, but 1 hour behind then it has to be a time zone issue. What is the time zone of your chart set to? And if set to use Global Time Zone, then what is the Global Time Zone set to? Also, please give us a screenshot of your chart and let us know a time in the chart that is wrong and what time you expect it to be showing and why.
