luke heinrich: Your account looks good, therefore you should be getting real-time data. Please check that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is set to No then change it to Yes and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed and you should be fine after this and can skip the below information. But, we think the issue you are having is simply that the time zone is not set how you think, which is causing your data to show a one hour difference from what you are expecting. Please check the Time Zone for the chart by looking at the setting Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> Time Zone. Most often this is set to Use Global Time Zone. If it is not, then make sure the time zone is what you want and change it as needed. Otherwise, if it is set to Use Global Time Zone then check the setting Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings and make sure the time zone is set as you expect there and change if necessary. If you are still not getting the data as you expect then let us know what exactly is occurring and how far off the data is. ----------- Separately, we noticed that you have both the Full CME Group for Non-Professional Trading Accounts and the Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts active for the Denali Exchange Data feed. You do not need both of these. If you need the Market Depth, then deactivate the exchange that does not include market depth and vice versa. You will want to take care of this before June 1 or you will be charged the exchange fees for both exchanges at that time.
