You need to manually type in the name of your spreadsheet and extension into the Spreadsheet Name box in the Study Settings window for the Spreadsheet study. Example: SpreadsheetName.XLSM We did a test using an older version of Excel and it does work. Although we could not confirm actually saving a spreadsheet with this extension on that version because it is not supported.
