With regards to the replay, there must be some reason it is selecting that date related to your charts. Please attach the chartbook to this thread for us to take a look. Refer to the following for how to attach a file: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile As to the data, the reason you are seeing the discrepancy in the price is because you are not using a back-adjusted continuous chart. So what are seeing is the actual prices for the individual contracts and where the price jump occurs is the transition from one contract to another.
