We wonder if you might have some bad data from CQG from a few months back. To ensure that all the data is from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, please have the chart that is giving you issues active, then select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. If you are given a selection of contracts to choose from to redownload, be sure you Select All.

After the data redownloads and populates, see if you continue to have an issue.
