It may be "unticked" by default to start with, but if you are selecting a saved Trade Configuration file to change your order bracket type, then the status of the confirmations is getting changed with that configuration. In other words, the confirmation options are saved with the configuration file. Therefore, you would want to deselect the confirmations you do not want and then resave your configuration file.
