blong5150: No, it is not about the SC Order Routing Service. That is our old service and is not supported with AMP. The first thing you need to do is to connect to your CQG account. To do this, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Everything else about your account looks good, and you have the Denali feed setup correctly. The one thing we want to point out is that you only have the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts activated. Keep in mind, this is the CME exchange, not the entire CME Group, which is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, COMEX, NYMEX, CBOT. If you are trying to open a chart for an instrument that is not on the CME exchange (such as CL - Crude Oil) then you will not get the real-time data. If you continue to have an issue after getting connected to your CQG account, then we would need to see your Message Log. You can get this to us by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
