You do not open it specifically. It is opened as part of Sierra Chart when you start the software. If someone shared the file with you, then you need to put it into the main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). Make sure the file has the name 'Sierra4.config', if there is another extension, then you would need to change it. That's all there is to it. When you start Sierra Chart your settings will change to what is in that file. Keep in mind, you may want to keep a copy of your original file before you overwrite it with the new one, in case you want to revert back.
