We have never heard of anything like this before. Very unlikely there is a problem. Some windows when you close them they just remain hidden like the Trade Orders window. If you are experiencing something unusual, it would have to be an operating system level issue which is outside of our control. Since the release, of operating systems after Windows 7, Windows is unreliable and in a state of deterioration and there are so many problems with it.
