Hello, I am a little bit worry - I can not log in to Sierra Chart (AC107476), and I do not have a reply to my previous messages. I have used the emergency option to get access to my account but it still dose not allow to log in and shows the error/message (in attachment as well): socket connection closed during during the connection attempt. I would like to re-new my subscription for SierraCharts but I cannot log in. Can I ask for a remote support and resolve the situation asap, please? Secondly in 5 days Denali will be turned on. How can I switched off? Could you do it for me, please? I would like to subscribe to SC as a platform but take data from CGQ from AMP. Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Arek |
