That is not a Sierra Chart error message. It sounds like a message from Transact since you have been using Transact.

Using your operating system Windows Explorer, go to this folder:
C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\


Run the program SierraChart_64.exe

When Sierra Chart is running, follow the instructions here to create a desktop shortcut:
Software Download: Setting up Shortcut to Sierra Chart

Going forward only use the created shortcut on your desktop to start Sierra Chart.
