As long as they are set, then they will show in there. It looks like you may have cleared all the keyboard shortcuts by selecting the button for Clear All Shortcuts on the Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts window. If this is the case, then you can reset them to the defaults by selecting the button for Set All to Defaults on the same window. Just keep in mind that any customized keyboard settings will be removed when you select this option.
