Hello. I am new to Sierrachart and have just signed up for service package 11 today thinking it would qualify as the start of the month but was mistaken. My apologies for that. I was wondering if I can get my payment cancelled on that until the real start of the month comes around where my set up auto renewal will go ahead and make that first payment of $46. Thank you.
