We discovered the reason for the problem and we are implementing a solution to it now. This will require an update which we will put out today. The basic problem is that the server address was not being permanently saved in the configuration file of Sierra Chart and if there was a login failure to the Sierra Chart server upon startup, there would be no server address and the default one would be used instead.
