If you see that the status is "pending open", then this indicates there is a response from the Rithmic system for the order. So that is good. Do the orders have a Service Order ID? There is a field for this in the Trade Orders list. From our position we really would not know why there is an issue. In the end, if you are having issues with Rithmic, we can always give you a refund.
