You are not connecting to CQG because your broker disconnected you. You need to ask your broker why they did this.

The symbols changed because you changed your Trading Service. Each trading service uses different symbols for the data. You can quickly change the symbols for your charts to what is needed for the currently selected service by opening your Chartbooks and selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
