No, this is definitely is not the issue.: Rithmic support told me I have to enter market data and historical data password and username in Sierra. Is that correct ? I Those need to be blank because you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data.No this is definitely not the case either: .. Tick tick tells me it's a problem of gateway between sierra and rithmic and want me to change to ninjatrader or jigsaw :-).
Are you sure you have enter your Rithmic username and password correctly? That seems like a very long password just looking at the screenshot you are using. Maybe that's actually the problem thinking about it. Shorten your password. It could be too long. Make sure it is not more than 30 characters.
