Hi, I'm getting this message from my broker (AMP) when I try to connect: "Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI/Logon unsuccessful. Server Message: Your logon is disabled. Contact your FCM"
I'm not sure why since I've just made a payment to Sierra and my service package appears active. Please advise!...Thank you!
