We see your account is already on Package 12. The first thing you need in order to get the Market by Order data is the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can not see Market by Order data from any other data feed in Sierra Chart. When you activate the exchanges you want, make sure you get the Market Depth data, as this is required to get the MBO information.
