Many times on the Trading DOM/Ladder I am getting into trades in SIM before the price actually hits my entry, does the DOM have an incremental setting that puts an order into a trade based on smaller increments? I have noticed that my entry sometimes will sit between prices on the trading DOM/ladder once I am in a trade. Hope you can understand my question. Thanks so much.
