There are a couple of things that you have setup incorrectly. First, your session times cross over each other. You have your Evening session ending at 09:30, but then the regular session starts at 09:30. This can create issues having them stop and start at the same time. You need to change the Evening Session End Time to 09:29:59. Second, your TPO chart has the Input for Exclude Evening Session Profiles Except for the Last Day set to Yes. This means that your TPO charts are not including the Evening Session, but your 30 minute chart is. Therefore, you do not have the same data being displayed in both cases. You need to decide if you want the Evening Session or not and then make sure your charts are reflecting the way you want them setup.
