Make sure all of the rest of the filters are set to show all the items - such as the "Accounts" should be set to show "All Accounts". Then check the box for Today for the date filter. That will ensure that it is using the most current date/time for the "To" date. Make sure you select the Apply button after any changes are made to update the information.
