Thanks for testing. I just tried again and it's still a no go for me. If the same file is working for you then maybe something's wrong with my copy of the installation. When I have time, I'll try to update to the newer version to see if that could help. Anything else you would suggest in order to troubleshoot this?

Also, something I've just noticed this time is that once the 3rd target is hit, I get this message in the Trade Service Log window:

"Order modification failed | Trading Evaluator (Order cancel/replace reject). Info: Order modification failed (InternalOrderID) | Order is not in a working state. Order cannot be modified. So, it looks like it's not being ignored but just won't trigger for some reason.
