Thank you John for getting back. I followed your instructions by setting up a 30 min bar chart and then used the Study/Price Overlay onto my TPO chart. I have spend more than 3 hours trying to figure this out and couldn't get it done properly. I am sure there must be a small glitch that I am not aware of in this process. I am attaching screen shot images and would appreciate your help.
