If you are referring to the number of candles that you can see on the screen at one time, then this is limited to when each bar is taking up 1 pixel of space. We do not do any interpolating, etc. of the data in order to allow more to be seen at one time. If you are scrolling back and you are not getting the data further back in time, then first thing to look at is whether this is a Continuous Futures Contract or not. In order to get the data further back than when the current contract started trading you would the chart to be set as a Continuous Contract.
