We do not understand why you need to rely on CQG tick data. That does not make sense to us. But please you do not need to explain. We do not need any information here about that. I really need to know if you guys are all of a sudden discontinuing CQG CME market data access- The answer to this is no. This will become effective in version 2383. And versions after that. Although we will require an update probably around July, for all users using CQG. So effectively it does not go into effect until sometime around the middle of the year.All Sierra Chart users using CQG need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME Group and EUREX data and the data will be consistent for all users. Sierra Chart is very high quality and stable software compared to what else is available in the world in any category. If there any issues we will take care of them quickly. We have no interest in supporting CQG, a competitor and is substandard compared to our own services. The simple fact is is postings like this, give us a very strong motivation to move forward as quickly as possible with our termination of support for CQG. Simply because you are creating more of a burden upon us by asking about how to access data from other services. This is one reason among many others why we do not want to support data from multiple sources. It creates a significant increased load upon us.
