Your account is on Package 11. What you did was add additional months to your Usage Time, such that your End Date is now July 30, 2022. But, we do not see any activated exchanges. It looks like you are trying to get data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, in which case you need to activate an exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the CME Group data, you also need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software in order to get the data at the non-professional exchange fees. You have not done this yet, and we see that you are connected to LMAX, which does not count towards this requirement, as they do not trade futures.
