All your Sierra Chart information is saved locally. Therefore it is on the old laptop within the Sierra Chart folder on that system. You would need to copy it to the new system. Refer to the information here:

We do not know what you mean by "Sierra chart seem to have been greyed out as well in this new laptop." Can you give us more information, as it sounds like you were able to run the software.
