The exchanges renew on the first day of each calendar month. This is separate from what you pay for the Sierra Chart software. Therefore, on April 1, 2022 the exchange(s) you had active did not renew as you did not have enough funds in your account to pay for the renewal. You can reactivate the exchanges by going to the Recurring Services page, scrolling to the bottom, and then selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchanges you want to reactivate.
