Here is the documentation Trade Order Alert filter: Global Trade Settings Windows: Trade Order Alert Trade Accounts Filter (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications) We did some testing with it with the Order Allocation to Accounts feature and did not notice any issues. This is not something we can get to anytime soon: An alert if positions in each account do not match. On alert trigger bring up a Dom or other order entry system so that you can correct fills. This is something I have found difficult whilst trading multiple accounts when one order is not filled etc.
