The Sierra4.config file is the file that contains the various settings for your Sierra Chart installation. It is not a chartbook. It can be sent with a chartbook if someone is wanting to share that information with you. To use that Sierra4.config.new file, you would need to rename the Sierra4.config file in your main Sierra Chart installation folder first, so you do not overwrite it. Then copy the file to that same folder and change the name from Sierra4.config.new to Sierra4.config.
