What we are saying is to do the following please: We have programmed in a filter for out of order timestamps from the TransAct data feed. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version . After the update re-download the data in the chart by selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. The filter will fix this. Also when you re-download the data, it does not in any way remove the existing markers. They are still there and you can verify that through Tools >> Managed Chart Drawings Window.
