They are either drawings or something from a study. Therefore, start by opening Tools >> Manage Chart Drawings Window to see if they are drawings and remove them from that window. Otherwise, select Analysis >> Studies and see what studies you have on the chart. You can remove, or hide, them one by one until you find the culprit.
