In the copy of Sierra Chart you are using the Sierra Chart Real-time Data Feed, do you have any charts open which use data from another instance of Sierra Chart? If so, close those charts and reconnect to the data feed and see if that resolves the problem. We think this has something to do with the data sharing and market depth data being received from two sources. Otherwise, or should not be a problem like this with the Sierra Chart data feed market depth. And the handling of the IB market depth, is as reliable as we can make it. We do not know what more could be done with that. Trying to workaround an IB market depth problem is definitely something we will not spend any time with. The underlying problem is going to be with IB if you are having a problem with the IB depth, despite what you may see in another program. There may be something we are doing to work around some other IB market depth problem which is introducing this other issue. This is why we offer our own data feed.
