So i have been experiencing a lot of problems using the Trade DOM. I have been in contact with several other people. It seems like I am not the only one experiencing this problem. The problem is that the price action on the Trade DOm is extremely choppy/slow/delayed and does not allow for scalp type trading. This is disappointing given the otherwise great functionality. I have been in touch with my broker Ian Blanke at Edge Clear. He told me to reach out to you. He states that he has at least one other client that that has reported the same thing and apparently it is attributed to the Teton Order routing service. I will attach a video from todays Open at 9:30 DST of the June ES contract. I compare the price action to a Jigsaw DOM using CQG and then two SC DOM. A newly created one and then one with copied drawings/price overlays. I saw no difference in the two Sierra DOM's related to the price overlay. Please give me some help with this. I would like to continue to be able to use Sierra; but I cannot continue to use it the way it stands now Thank you Steven Leon |
