Yes absolutely that is the language from the agreement in post #20, and that is what we are subjected to from NASDAQ. This is most likely the exact language from NASDAQ. Replace Sierra Chart with NASDAQ. And this is no different than what Barchart.com uses in their agreement that they require our users to sign when accessing the data that we make available to our users from Barchart: During regular business hours, any Persons designated by any Exchange may have access to
Subscriber's offices or locations in order to observe the use made of the Market Data and to examine and inspect any Devices, attachments or apparatuses, as well as any books and records required to be maintained by Subscriber under Sections 3(b) and 4 in connection with its receipt and use of Market Data. Is there a way i can continue using Sierra Charts, with my broker, without using Denali ? No. Unless you want to use Interactive Brokers and use their substandard data.
