Are you referring to a Stop Attached Order? Maybe the orders are getting rejected. You can see these rejections in the Trade Service Log:

For order routing we definitely recommend using the Teton order routing service:

This may solve the issue, because it could be that CQG is rejecting the orders due to additional margin requirements. Whereas with Teton this would not happen.
