The data is not being downloaded from the right source. First we want you to update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease: Software Download: Fast Update Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings Disable the use of Custom Symbol Settings as well. Do both of the above in the sub instance. And then: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
