We need to let CTS know about this. The first thing you need to do is to open the Sierra Chart Message Log and then press the "Send for Analysis" button. Just type something like "hello" in the message box and send it. Let us know when that is done and we will send this to CTS. Clearly there is something going wrong on the CTS server and they need to fix this. Also, with all of the changes to support the new symbol format when using CTS, it is critical to update to the latest Sierra Chart version which is now 1115. Please do that. However, please first send us the Message Log. This might also solve the problem because there is not a request for expired futures contracts when making a security definition request.
