You only have a limited amount of data due to the rollover, so you are seeing all there is for that symbol for the time period you have selected. There is not a way to "not show" the dates at the bottom, as it is filling in that information. But if you want to have less of it showing, then you need to expand your bar spacing so you have bars covering more area of the chart.
