Make sure that after you have selected Rithmic Direct - DTC for the Current Selected Service that you then select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, wait 1 minute then open the window again and then see if you have the list of servers.

We have also heard that you may need to do this a few times in order to get the list.
