There is not a study that does this directly. The easiest thing to do would be to create an Intraday Chart with a single bar for the entire session time, then create the ratio using your preferred studies (such as the Numbers Bars Calculated Values and the Study Subgraph Divide). You can then display that value on your other chart using the Text Display from Study for Chart.
