First it is fully impossible for us to do anything about Internet connectivity. And this absolutely does relate to Internet connectivity.

This is definitely an indication of poor Internet connectivity somewhere between your computer and the server:
The ServerSendBufferSizeInBytes is well over 100k most of the other fields (from the support page), are in line with the recommended ranges.
The data will have to be delayed if the buffer is this large. How much of a delay are you noticing?

Provide us about 20 of these messages so we can get a better understanding of this.

But in the end, we cannot change the result.

We definitely recommend using High Compression:

And setting the remote buffer delay interval to 200 ms.
