Question is, should alert manager behaves like this? It makes no sense that it goes into top when the recent alert is on the bottom. Do you think, that you can change this? Ps. with numbers of alerts, having "Pop-Up Alert" would be very distracting for trader, cuz he needs to close all of those alerts. With alert manager he can choose on which he/she reacts.
