There are two places that you can change your email. One is the Account Management section of the website. The other is on the login screen for the Sierra Chart software. Just change your email on the login screen and everything should go forward correctly from there. To do this, start Sierra Chart (or restart) and select the Cancel button one time on the login screen when it comes up. This will stop the automatic login. Then enter the correct email on the right side of the login screen. Then select OK to continue the login and your email will update in our system.
