You definitely have connectivity issues from your location. We also see this:

That should not happen at all. And that is an issue on your side with DNS.

Another possibility is your ISP is throttling or degrading data transmission on certain ports. Find out from your ISP if there is any problem with using these ports: 11093 or 11092
