What we are trying to say, is that when you submit an order from Sierra Chart and there is some problem with it, then Trader Workstation usually will respond with an error in Sierra Chart will list this in Trade >> Trade Service Log.

If there is no response from Trader Workstation, we have almost no idea what the problem would be . You really would have to rely upon Interactive Brokers support for that.
