Yes. thanks for the suggestion - I rolled back to 2348, and could connect but still has 10-min delay. And thank you, Seirra, for your last response above, as it was the most polite, concise, and sensical explanation I have received about this problem. If you would like to help more people remain with SC, a little polite customer service (as above) goes a long way and will automatically generate loyalty. |
